What We Fund

Replacement Night Carer Cover

Grants to pay for a replacement night carer when your usual night carer is unavailable, giving you essential rest.

Emergency Respite Cover

Short-term overnight cover when your usual arrangements break down unexpectedly.

Family Support

Financial assistance to help families maintain their health and wellbeing while caring at home.

Who We're Here For

We support families in Surrey who are caring for children or young people with an airway tracheostomy at home.

Our grants help when:

  • Your usual night carer is absent (illness, leave, etc.)
  • Night care isn't funded by your local authority
  • You need a break to preserve your own health
